REQ0218002 - Cancel a change /cancellation request

Hi,

 

One of our users has used the "Change request" function in ePro to request a PO to be cancelled.

  The status of the req. is now "PO Cancelled" but the PO hasn't been cancelled yet and the "change request" symbol is highlighted on the req. "

 

 

The issue in my ticket was that when we’re cancelling lines of requisitions that have partially sourced lines, the approval process starts again for some of the lines which have already been fully approved which shouldn’t happen!

 

To my knowledge epro is not configured to accept change requests on a requisition however a user manager to cancel the requisition / PO from epro how is this possible?
