ASCP Workbench not showing few items!

Hi All,

We are facing an issue in finding few items in planning workbench. I checked those items are MRP/MPP planned as in the item definition in source instance. I also checked the collection workbench and I could find the item. But while checking the item in PW, with item number criteria, it does not show the item.

Please suggest what other things should I check. Would appreciate a quick help.

Also if someone can explain what all things are expected from the find window in PW. My understanding is unless we navigate for supply/demand window, the find window just shows the collected data as in source instance.
