Data Access Error

We randomly lost the functionality to load flat files via FDM using the Bulk Insert function. When attempting to load a flat file via FDM, we receive an error message stating: Data Access Error. I have done extensive troubleshooting and determined that SQL is having a problem accessing the required files within the FDM application folder. I ensured that the SQL account has full rights on the FDM application folder share and ensured the UNC path is specified correctly within the application configuration.
