'Error while trying to insert asset/rebuildable-activity association' Error coming while Associating Activity to Asset in Asset Activity Association Form

Is anyone aware of possible reason for getting this error while I am trying to associate activity to an asset.Problem persist even though I try same form Activity Workbench.

Kindly guide if I am missing any setup.
