Patch 10350068:R12.AP.A Fails While Generating ARXRWLLC.pll

Windows 2003 32bit

Database 11.2.0.3

Unable to apply RCA Patch 10350068:R12.AP.A: NULL BASE AMT ON TAX DISTRIBUTION OF FOREIGN CURRENCY INVOICE WHEN XRATE IS LOW

There is a a compilation issue(ARXRWLLC.pll)

From the log of the uploaded worked following message is shown:

Connect string is: "APPS/*****"

The filelist for the Oracle Forms object to generate is:

e:\oracle\dvlp\apps\apps_st\appl\au\12.0.0\resource\ARXRWLLC.pll au resource ARXRWLLC.pll
