When am Creating a new tax rate and when you click Rate Details you will view Internet Expenses Enab

When am Creating a new tax rate and when you click Rate Details you will view Internet Expenses Enabled check box under Reporting Details but once saving all the details and querying the created Tax rate code am not able to see the 'Internet Expenses Enabled Checkbox'.

Is it a Bug? Why am not able to see the 'Internet Expenses Enabled Checkbox' in a query mode. Kindly share your knowledge on this.
