Useful 12c queries

Hello,

We are preparing to manage several Oracle Database Appliance's running Oracle 12 RAC. We  have a heavy multi-tenant environment (multiple CDB's with many PDB's (200+)  in each).

Does anyone have a link to useful  12c queries for obtaining various cdb/pdb information ?  

Example queries:   *  Size , # of rows  of each table within each  PDB  within each CDB

                            *  Data file names/locations  for each PDB

                           

and so on.. The Oracle docs have a few examples:

but not many. Just looking for any links you might have instead of reinventing the wheel.
