July 2014 CPU patch 18122010 creates invalid objects

Applied July 2014 CPU  patch 18122010.   This patch upgraded OKLBPDU.odf from version 115.83.115101.6 to version 115.95.

This created around 60 invalid objects (packages and views) in apps schema.  Most with object_name like 'OKL_%'

Application OKL has status = N in fnd_product_installations.

Please advise.
