Can you have multiple ORACLE_HOMES for the same RDBMS version?

We just purchased an ODA and are wondering if you can multiple ORACLE_HOMEs  for the same RDMBS version (e.g. 11.2.0.4)?  The oakcli command (oakcli create dbhome -version xxxx) seems to imply you can only have one ORACLE_HOME per version. We could not have db A in one home and db B in another with the same RDBMS. Both dbs would have to be in the same oracle home.

Can ORACLE_HOME be on the ASM? The server was built with /u01 as the location of ORACLE_HOME which is where ASM sits.

The ODA was installed with Virtualization.

Howdy, Stranger!
