Need Value to Enter on Supplier Type

Dear All

On the Supplier oaf from, ths supplier Type LOV and given the Value as ( Supplier, Thirt party Inspection, Tire Supply etc) by Oracle,

I need some Value to to added as Business requirment.

I did not get how to Enter on this ( I did not Find in lookup Code)
