How to assign multiple category to a buyer and default it in PR

Release: R12.1.3

Requirement is for mapping the buyer to multiple category, so that if they create the PR using i-proc, then the buyer should be dafulted as per the categories mapping done.

Is that possible using some standard setup? There is a bug 6369956 raised for this issue since Aug,2007.
