How to modify a calendar in Application Object Library?

Oracle built-in in self service page of AOL Manage schedule calendar does not include the Company Holidays or National Holidays.

My Goal is to modify that Calendar to incorporate National and Corporate Holidays,

so it can be used to automate the Job scheduling to exclude the holiday processing.
