Address Book Consolidations

I have read through the documents for the consolidation but have a few question before we begin.  We are using JDE World V9.2.1

1.  We will do the manual process to consolidate address book numbers that are duplicates.  Once you have run the consolidation in final mode, in order to clear the address book number from the "From/To Address Workbench"  you must run the Consolidation Purge (P018001)?  Is that correct?

2.  Since this is the first time we have used this program and we currently on JDE release V9.2.1 we do not need to run the Address Book Consolidation - File Merge program (P01859)?  Would we need to run this program in the future if once we have completed the consolidations we were to upgrade to V9.3 and found we needed to do another consolidation?
