How can I use the ER Compare tool to compare Planner/DEPxxx specs against DV CO spec?

I want to compare ER for an (interactive) application between the Planner/DEP specs and DV COs. How can I accomplish this? Please provide steps to access the Planner/DEP specs and convert to a format that can be used by ER Compare.
