unable to log into DV web client

I am unable to log into web DV client. I get the error message below when I log into web DV. I can log into web PY and local DV client, but I can't log into web DV.

Error 500: java.lang.NullPointerException Error 500: java.lang.NullPointerException

I am on 9.1 TS 9.1.4.3 and I am using IE 9.

What does this error message mean and how to I fix the problem?
