Which PATH is applicable ? PATH A (or) PATH B on Note : Applying the Latest AD and TXK Release Updat

Hi Friends,

I have a doubt on the Metalink Doc: Applying the Latest AD and TXK Release Update Packs to Oracle E-Business Suite Release 12.2 (Doc ID 1617461.1)

I have performed R12.2.0 Installation on Linux (64 Bit) and Now I plan to upgrade to R12.2.3

So my question on this Doc is :

Which PATH Applies to me  PATH A (or) PATH B?

As per the table:

Upgrading to Oracle E-Business Suite Release 12.2 from Release 11i, 12.0, or 12.1 -> PATH A ->  No

Installing a new Oracle E-Business Suite system -> PATH A -> I am not sure what it means as i am already using R12.2.0
