patch 17158017 taking over 1.5 hours to run

Ran this patch a second time as we had an error on a following patch and had to drop the fnd_install_process table.  When we tried to run that patch again we got an error stating it can't find a pre-requisite which is this patch.  So we kicked off this patch once again and it is running but does not see to have any errors in the worker log and/or the log file.   But just take a long time to run.  Any help or ideas would be greatly appreciated.
