How to Cancel Rejected PO?

Hi all,

We are using R12.1.2 & have a PO with 'Rejected' status & not finding 'Cancel' option to cancel the same. There we find only 'Place on Hold' option (at header level). And we get message, while clicking control option, that 'No control actions found for this document'.

Please first guide that what shall be the transactional impact if we left the status as 'Rejected' (and make no change in it).

Second guide the way to make it Cancel.
