Remittance Advice and WF notification

in Payables and Cash Management - EBS (MOSC) Question

Hello

We have a scenario where Send separate remittance advice notification is going to Supplier via SMTP
I wish to know more details on WF_notifications

When Data will be inserted in WF_notification ? is it after Payment batch confirmation
and will there be 2 notification going to supplier  (Via WF Notif and via SMTP send Separate Remittance)

If yes then which email will be picked by WF_notif and why i am not able to see any entry in WF_notif table for some supplier which are receiving Remittance email via SMTP
