Failed to create new port instance

Hi All,

I using Oracle WebLogic Server 11gR1 (10.3.6) on Windows 2008 R2, and create a J2EE Server for Oracle WebLogic Server Domain DV910. This domain can created. But when trying to create a HTML Web Server as a New Managed Instance its was failed, an error message appears on screen about unable to deploy webclient.ear. Please advise.
