Corporate and local currency in multicountry Company (JDE XE)

My Company is multicountry company with more offices. Today use JDE vers XE for management purposes use USD as domestic currency for every offices. For every country for local VAT and lost/gain, item cost puposes is needed run tranzactions in local currency. For this purposes today use externals software, where import data and convert currency. My question is whow possible create local country solutions for this only in JDE? My idea is two - create news JDE company (domestic currency = local Country currency, needed additional programming import/export tranzastions from one USD JDE company to local currency JDE company )
