DataBase target status into Metric collection at 12c OEM

Hi,

One of the DB instance is showing Metriccollection error status where as the related graphs or information is updating correctly at 12c grid. I have tried reconfiguring the target but no change in the status. Finally I have to remove the target and reconfigure it manually.

Do we have any other way to fix this issue ?
