ERROR 400 OMS already processing a metadata or severity file from this agent

Hi together,

I have a big problem with one of our production servers at a client (Windows 2008), it's agent and the upload to the repository (11g Agent and 11g OMS). All was running fine until yesterday, then the problem started. The xml files are not uploaded anymore. Trying to do emctl upload agent gives the following error.

EMD upload error: Failed to upload file A0000001.xml: HTTP error.

Response received: ERROR-400|OMS already processing a Metadata or Severity file

from this Agent. Agent should retry later.Error obtaining upload lock in OMS on

emd_url:https://AGENTSERVER:3872/emd/main/
