Need to Setup Preventive Maintenance for the assets.

Hi Gurus and Friends,

We have setup preventive maintenance for the assets. But in preventive maintenance form we can not set actual end date and actual start date for the asset. Please help.

Requirement is our insurance renewal expires on 12th of july 2014 in every year. Need to create work order in every year for every asset on the same date.

for example 12th of july 2014

                       12th of july 2015 like wise. Please help on this. Now its currently taking the asset creation date as the preventive actual end date.
