unable to populate change of dd item's description

Hello all,

I am trying to change description and glossary text of dd item POFWAR.

The item is used on "message from webpage" popup by application query security.

description: Open Find Warning

glossary text: Click OK to enter the search criteria or click CANCEL to continue find records without search criteria.

With document "E1: SEC: Application Query Security (Doc ID 1232653.1)",

I can change and populate the glossary text easily but cannot populate the change of description.

The following has no effect in my trials:

To remove dddict, ddtext and glbltbl files in Enterprise server's spec folder.

To build and deploy update package including interactive applications which are application-query-secured.
