Problem Description - we have a custom schema and would like to gather stats for that schema under G

we have a custom schema and would like to gather stats for that schema under Gather Schema Statistics but the name of the custom schema does not appear in the "Schema Name" parameter. we have checked the configuration per 1065813.1 and 389944.1 and everything seems to be in right order. what do we need to do in order for the custom schema to appear in the seeded request?
