Error while simulating a WorkFlow

Hello!

I am trying to simulate a non vanilla WorkFlow and in spite of the fact that the dedicated web client opens, the simulation stucks in Starting new runtime instance, and the workflow doesn't continue to next step.

I have left it for more than 10 minutes but it still remains in the same condition.

If I press the cancel button, I receive the following message : The client cannot be started, and hence, the workflow simulation cannot be performed.(SBL-DEV-61071).

By checking the tools log files I receive the below:
