How to mimic EAI Queue?

As per Oracle Support, EAI Queue will not be supported any further.

Refer the document “How to use Siebel EAI Queue to store Integration Messages (SiebelMessage and XML Hierarchy) (Doc ID 1602070.1)”

Are you aware how to mimic the EAI Queue functionality i.e. how to store Siebel Message as attachment without using the BS "EAI XML Queuing Service"
