Suppliers: Legal Structure v Org Type

in Payables and Cash Management - EBS (MOSC) Question

Hello, I am looking to understand how Oracle uses ‘Legal Structure’ (Suppliers>Organization>Organization Section>Legal Structure) vs the  ‘Organization Type’ (Suppliers>Tax and Reporting >Organization Type).

I’m not having any luck with Oracle documentation. 

Any information would be appreciated!
