Siebel Patchset 7 issues

Hi All,

We have been provided with a Siebel Client Patch set 8.1.1.11.7 by our client operations team which worked well on server but when same package is deployed in development machines (individuals) we are facing issues with client.

Currently there are two major problems we are dealing with installing the same package on individual machines.

1. After installing patch set 7 on existing 8.1.1.11 client environments, we are facing active-x issues for HI client.

If we have latest active-x alone only web client (thin) is working but dedicated client is not working, but if we have all previous active-x versions we are able to launch client (HI) without any issues.
