Create Consumption Advice

User is not able to generate consumption advice at RSD. Verified and found that there are error transactions in mtl_consumption_transactions table. Because of this vendors can't be paid as consumption advice is not created and invoices not generated.

Every month user is generating the Create Consumption Advice report for 6 suppliers. This month 4 suppliers are showing error.

In Material Transaction, under Consumption advice tab, it shows 'error', where as it should have shown 'created'

Also checked the batch id, all these are 'Null' only.

The error says “INV_SUP_CONS_NO_BPO_EXISTS”.

Any input would be helpful and appreciated.
