MRP Date Calculation

Hi,

I've a Customer demand with following details; While running MRP first DRQJ in P3411 is offsetting by 6 days instead of 7 days Lead time.

Level Lead Time- 7, Freeze Fence- 7, Generation Date- 01/09

First bucket is offset by 6 days. Anyone can explain Date calculation for the First period?
