How do you change the SQLT Oracle Pack License value entered at install time without de-installing a

When installing the SQLT tool, the install program prompted for an Oracle Pack License value of T (Tuning), D (Diagnostic), or N (None).  I specified D, not realizing that we are also licensed for the Tuning Pack, as well.  I have not seen any documentation as to how to modify this value once the install is completed, so future use of the tool will possibly provide more in-depth diagnostics.  Other than de-installing and re-installing the tool, how can this value be changed?
