12.1.3 - JTF_Grid Errors in Contact Center

12.1.3

Users suddenly, and randomly, are getting the following errors in Contact Center.  What is the solution?   They are seeing it on some customers, not all, in some tabs but not all.  And it randomly started happening today, at the end of the day.
