Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. Hi All,

Current we are using VBC Mechanism to fetch the data from Billing System,On the Fly We call an VBC to Fetch it.

Does there any Mechanism we can load data into a VBC Data Asynchronously in the background.
