disabling DRM after looking at the stats

Hello,

Is this recommended to disable DRM from below stats in a 2 node RAC. This is report within 7 hrs.

Secondly,why does this freeze GRD while doing remastering- I understand that no action can be done on GRD while remastering of block.

Can we see this(locking of GRD)  in v$ges_enqueue?
