Collection Rebuild Cycle fails

Hi,
I have Oracle Full text search, and ActiveIndex=ots1 in activeindex.ha, SearchIndexerEngineName=OracleTextSearch in config.cfg
And restarted the server.
When i run the Collection rebuild cycle in repository manager applet, find the state is Adding to collection and Indexing additions(500 of 2267) a long time. the log file has no error message.

Version:
Oracle WCC 11.1.1
Oracle DB11g

Kindly suggest a way, thanks!
