Siebel Open UI Mobile Application (connected): Adding custom screen, views and applets

Hi,

I have successfully cloned the Asset Screen included in Service Mobile and add it to Sales Mobile. I have even changed fields for the controls that were already displaying on the applets. However when I try to add new columns, controls on the existing applets they stop working (don't show anything).

Also tried creating new applets and views from scratch. Views are displaying but the columns/controls are not, no error message shown. I've followed the procedure documented on the "Configuring Siebel Open UI" book, Chp. 9. I have aslo tried cloning/mirroring from vanilla mobile views but still no luck.
