Security on collection plan is not working in mobile applications

Hello Expert,

We are using security on collection plan. It is working fine while performing inspection in receiving transactions form from purchasing or Inventory module. But while performing from mobile devices I mean from telnet then security is not enabled. All plan is accessable to anybody. Is there any additional set up required to get activated security grant on collection plan in mobile applications?

Please help on urgent basis.
