when EBS login, the os process increased.

OS  Redhat 6 (64bit)

confirm command : ps -ef | grep <OS username> | grep -v grep | wc -l

I'm performing a performance test,

about 1000 user login ebs within a short time.

I found that when I just login EBS and do nothing.

the OS process increasing. any people could teach me why?

I worried about the lacking of server resource.
