Guided Resolution (Interactive Troubleshooting) Flows are available in Payables

The new Guided Resolution (Interactive Troubleshooting) Flows are now available in Payables

When logging a new SR for a few of the Problem Types in Payables, the Guided Resolution will be triggered and you will see screens similar to the screens below:

Review the following details describing the Guided Resolution structure:

Navigation will lead to a solution or to the SRDC (SR Data Collection) file. See below:

If you create the SR you will see the following details collected from your navigation in the Flow, in the new SR:
