What Size of my Redo Should so it will switch after 15 to 20 mint

HI All,

i need your guidance as currently my database switching rate is very high , how i would know what will be size of my redo so it will switch bw 15 min to 20 min.

my database version is 11.2.0.3 running on AIX 6.1
