rootcrs.pl -unlock throwing errors

Hi, I am trying to apply patch to the Grid home.  I stopped the whole CRS stack on both nodes. I  got the below error while running rootcrs.pl -unlock. Can I go ahead with the patching or need to find the issue?

[rootl]# /s01/11.2.0/grid/crs/install/rootcrs.pl -unlock

Using configuration parameter file: /s01/11.2.0/grid/crs/install/crsconfig_params

CRS-4544: Unable to connect to OHAS

CRS-4000: Command Stop failed, or completed with errors.

Successfully unlock /s01/11.2.0/grid
