Format Dashboard Text

in CRM On Demand - Reports and Dashboards (MOSC) Question

Hi All,

How do I format a dashboard text box beyond bold, underline or italic?  I would like to change font size and center the text as a title, but can't figure out how.  I tried using HTML tags but they just showed up as text nad many posts I've seen reference some checkbox called 'Contains HTML Markup Language', but I don't see such a checkbox anywhere.

Any help would be appreciated!
