UDC 74/AC German Localization

Is the code for UDC 74/AC the same as the address book number for companies affiliated with the reporting company?  There is no clarification in both the German Localization Implementation Guide and the European Implementation and SEPA Processing Implementation Guide.  I am assuming that this UDC is to group Intercompany AP & AR for a reporting location vs. non intercompany customers and suppliers.  Is this correct?
