Error when launch a Business Rule through Excel Task List. Using Web it works

Hi. I'm facing one error when launch a Business Rule through Excel Task List:

Error detected while attempting to run job:<my business rule name>.

The problem is that the same Business Rule works when I use Planning Web Workspace, and open the Rule with the Task List.

The only diferrence I note is that in the WEB system show up the "Runtime Prompt" and using my Excel does not show.

Any idea?

My version:

Hyperion Plannig 11.1.2.3

SmartView: 11.1.2.5.200 (Build 174)
