Package builds and Batch Version Specs

Hi All, We are currently on JDE e1 8.10 TR 4 . We have been having to reload the Specs to the server for Batch versions a lot lately. I am wondering if the reason is because we need to do an update and or full package. It has been quite some time since any of these have been done. Thanks!
