hi I amusing JD 9.0.  I have made the  distribution list.there are four people in the list of approvers.

My Issue is when the first approver approves the request, the request is going in error. in other process it is going in error after third or fourth approver. So It is not going further in the approval process.It is simple process and does not include any threshhold value.

What could be the issue. Please respond.
