Repair order form- trying to recieve for the return line

Repair order form- logistics tab, For return line , while trying to recieve- when find requested recipt form launches, it populates the RMA number , But cannot find the details to recieve the item/serail in the inventory.

When clicked on Find, it cannot find for the RMA order number.

The flow_status_code field in  oe_order_headers_all table is CLOSED.
