Timezone Profiles and Workflows

Hello,

We have employees in two different time zones, and we would like the OTL approval workflow to escalate according to the timezone the employee is in.  The two timezones correspond to two business groups the employees are in.  There are some timezone profiles, like Client Timezone, Enable Timezone Conversions.  Can these profiles be set up to escalate the workflows for the timezones / business group the employees are in?
